What qualifications do you have?

I qualified in matwork and equipment at Pilates Off the Square taught by Dominique Jansen and Sian Williams. The comprehensive training lasted two years and included over 400 hours of supervised teaching.

Dominique and Sian are both highly regarded and experienced Pilates professionals, who have trained with/trained some of the most well known teachers in the UK Pilates industry.

I am a member of The Pilates Professionals Group which seeks to establish and maintain quality and excellence in Pilates teaching and practice.
