About Me

I am a classically trained mat and equipment Pilates teacher. I have been teaching for 9 years since training at Pilates Off the Square, under the highly regarded Dominique Jansen and Sian Williams.

I discovered Pilates after struggling with recurring back pain in my late 20s. It transformed my physical ability and led me on the journey to becoming a teacher.

I’m passionate about helping others enjoy the benefits of classical Pilates in a controlled, safe and personalised way, staying true to the teaching of its founder Joseph Pilates.
